We welcome walk-in tours at our League City apartment community during office hours. You can also schedule an in-person tour online to secure your preferred time. Touring allows you to explore our available 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and townhomes, view amenities, and experience the neighborhood firsthand.

Yes. We offer both guided in-person tours and virtual apartment tours for your convenience. Virtual tours are ideal for out-of-town renters relocating to League City, TX.

You can apply online through our secure leasing portal. Applicants will need to upload proof of income through SNAPPT and complete the online application. Each applicant 18 years or older must submit an application.

Applicants must demonstrate a combined gross income of at least three times the monthly rent.

We offer flexible lease terms ranging from 14 to 16 months. Contact our leasing team for current availability and pricing.

Subleasing is not permitted at our community.

Yes. Renters insurance is required for all residents to protect personal belongings and liability.

Residents will receive renewal offers in advance of their lease expiration date, including available term options and updated rental rates.

At this time, we do not participate in affordable housing programs.

Yes. The application fee is $75 per applicant aged 18 or older.

Yes. Certain restrictions apply to decorating and modifications. Please contact the leasing office for guidelines.

Early termination options and fees are outlined in your lease agreement. Please contact the leasing office for details specific to your contract.

Residents must provide a 60-day written notice prior to lease expiration.

Security deposit refunds are processed within 30 to 45 days after move-out, pending final inspection.

We require a $100 holding fee upfront, which is applied toward your security deposit at move-in.
Security deposits are as follows:
• 1 Bedroom Apartments – $300
• 2 Bedroom Apartments – $400
• 3 Bedroom Apartments – $500

Utilities are not included in monthly rent.

Rent payments can be made online through our resident portal, including payment options through BILT.

Yes. Residents pay a $10 monthly amenity fee and a $25 monthly valet trash fee.

Yes. We offer surface parking as well as optional carports and detached garages.

• Carports – $65 per month
• Garages – $350 per month

Yes. Electric vehicle charging stations are available onsite.

Residents may submit maintenance requests online through the resident portal or in person at the leasing office.

Most maintenance requests are addressed within 24 to 48 hours. Emergency maintenance is available when needed.

Residents may report concerns in person, by phone, or via email to the leasing office.

Yes. We are a pet-friendly apartment community in League City.

There is a $350 one-time pet fee and $25 monthly pet rent per pet.

Yes. Pets must weigh under 99 pounds. Additional breed restrictions may apply.

Residents enjoy access to a landscaped courtyard and scenic boardwalk areas ideal for daily walks.

Yes. All apartment homes include in-unit washers and dryers.

We do not currently offer furnished apartments.

Our apartment community is located in League City, Texas, offering convenient access to local dining, shopping, and entertainment.

There is limited public transportation available near the community.

Yes. We host resident events throughout the year to build community engagement.

We are zoned to Clear Creek ISD schools, including:
• Ferguson Elementary
• Clear Creek Intermediate
• Clear Creek High School

We are a non-smoking apartment community.
